If the venue hasn't confirmed yet, nothing is spent and nothing is held — your gift is still yours. Tell us you've changed your mind and the request comes off, then ask for a different time whenever you like. Once a booking is confirmed, cancel or change it with the venue directly — see below. To reschedule, cancel and ask for a new date; there's no separate reschedule step.

Cancelling an unredeemed gift

If a gift hasn't been redeemed yet, you can request a cancellation and full refund within 30 days of purchase (see "Can I get a refund?").

The experience itself

Once a booking is confirmed, cancel or change it with the venue directly. Their number is on your confirmation. They hold the diary, so calling them is the fastest way and the only way to free the slot for someone else. The venue's own terms apply, including any cancellation window or no-show rules. If you paid extra in cash for the booking — a paid add-on or a top-up — that amount is refunded when the booking is reversed.
