Thrill Gifts is the gift company: we handle your purchase, your certificate, delivery, redemption, and booking support.

The experience provider — the company that runs the activity (the spa, track, flight school, and so on) — runs the experience itself: what happens on the day, their venue, safety rules, age or health requirements, and any on-the-day changes.
