When does my gift expire?

Your gift doesn't expire. Gifts bought directly from Thrill Gifts — both Experience Gifts and Gift Certificates — have no expiry date, and we never charge inactivity or service fees.

For Experience Gifts, the price is guaranteed for 12 months from purchase. After 12 months your gift is still valid — if the experience's price has gone up, you can put your gift's value toward it and pay any small difference, or exchange it for something of the same value.

Gift Certificates (cash value) keep their balance with no expiry — use it across one or more experiences until it runs out.

Corporate / incentive gifts (received free through a company rewards or promotion programme) carry a 5-year validity from issue, which can be set shorter for a specific promotion. The expiry is shown on the gift.
