What is a Thrill Gifts gift?

A Thrill Gifts gift is an experience gift delivered as a digital gift certificate. The certificate is the heart of your gift — it holds the experience (or gift-card value), your personal written and video message, the recipient's details, the voucher/QR code, and the full booking and redemption history.

How it works

1. You choose a gift — a specific experience, a curated collection for them to choose from, or a cash-value gift card.

2. They receive it — by email, text message, or in a premium physical gift box by mail.

3. They book — redeeming the gift and choosing the date and time that suits them.

Digital first

Even when you choose a physical gift box, the digital certificate is the official record of your gift. The presentation box, printed certificate, and QR code all link back to it — so nothing gets lost, and your recipient can view their message, redeem, and manage their booking online.

Two kinds of gifts

• Experience voucher — redeemable for one experience from a curated selection. No price is shown to the recipient, so it feels like a gift rather than a transaction.

• Cash-value gift card — a set monetary value the recipient can put toward any eligible experience.
