Cash-value gift card vs experience voucher — what's the difference?

We offer two kinds of gift:

• Experience voucher — redeemable for one experience from a curated selection. No monetary amount is shown to the recipient, so it feels like a gift, not a transaction.

• Cash-value gift card — a set dollar amount the recipient can put toward any eligible experience. The balance is shown, and it can be used across more than one booking until it runs out.

If the experience they choose costs more than a gift-card balance, they can simply pay the difference.
