The times you see when you book are the times we can ask for — the venue confirms the exact one. So nothing is turned down at the moment you pick it.

If the venue can't take the time you asked for, we'll come back with a few alternatives. Pick one and we'll ask again — one click each.

Your gift stays valid the whole time, and it isn't spent while you wait. It's used only once a booking is confirmed, so a "no" from the venue costs you nothing.
